When you purchase an item from this website, you are confirming your agreement to our Shipping, Delivery and returns policies. You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Most orders will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days. Delivery time can vary based on various factors including your location, size & weight of the item, time of the year, etc. Therefore, we recommend that you allow more time for your delivery to arrive.
If your delivery has not arrived after the following time frames, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist:
Victoria - 7 working days
NSW, SA, ACT - 10 working days
QLD, NT, WA, TAS - 12 working days

Our warehouses continue to dispatch orders rapidly, over 90% of orders are dispatched within one business day. However, as a result of heightened demand and lockdowns in recent months, some deliveries are experiencing delays in parts of the country. Please allow some additional time to receive your order during this period.


We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or timeframes as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.


Shipping & Tracking
CurvyChix shall determine the method and manner with which our items are shipped to you.
Dispatch typically takes 1-2 working days after your order. We will send you order tracking details from our couriers. Please allow up to 2 working days from time of notification sent for the couriers online tracking information to be updated.


Unsuccessful Deliveries 
You will incur a re-delivery fee if your item(s) delivery is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons:

  • You entered an incorrect or Inaccurate address
  • You failed to pick up your parcel within the acceptable time frame
  • You or the Receiver rejected the package.

Please do not enter a P.O Box as your shipping address if it can be avoided. If you enter a P.O Box, your delivery may be delayed. In the event that we cannot facilitate delivery to your P.O Box, we may contact you and request an alternative delivery address. It will be your responsibility to provide us with a suitable alternative address.


Business or commercial address
Deliveries made to business addresses or at a place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.


Returns Policy

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to replacement only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.


When you change your mind
At CurvyChix you have 14 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase must be provided

Excluded change of mind items

The following items cannot be returned if you change your mind:

  • Hosiery
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear

Other products:
CurvyChix will accept returns and provide you with a CurvyChix refund, (refund will be provided using original payment method)

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

You can present a CurvyChix receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.


Proof of Purchase
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Register receipt
  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
  • Financial statements such as a bank statement, credit card statement

 

Privacy
You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return
